Bowen Therapy is an effective gentle treatment offering relief for many conditions. It works on the soft connective tissue (fascia), using a series of gentle non-evasive moves at precise points on the body. Bowen often results in lasting improvement on the body's alignment & balance, helping resolve pain Issues, Injuries or general body aches and pains. Even long standing chronic pain may be relieved. Bowen releases stress at a very deep level it has a calming effect on the autonomic nervous system. Specialist Lymphatic Bowen alongside Bowen Therapy can stimulate the removal of stagnation and inflammation by mobilising & encouraging the Lymphatic circulation & drainage. It may also help with headaches or migraine, my aim as a therapists is to assist individual clients in the reduction, frequency and severity, bringing a better quality of life. After any Bowen session an increased sense of wellbeing can be achieved, aiding relaxation and revitalising the whole person, mind and body.

Phototherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses clinically proven therapeutic light energy to trigger the skins natural rejuvenation and repair processes without pain. LED Light Therapy has been scientifically proven to relieve arthritic pain, muscle and joint pain and stiffness. Wavelengths of LED light provide compromised cells with the energy to regain and restore vitality naturally. The deeply penetrating wavelengths of LED light are absorbed by the 'energy centre' - mitrochondria of each cell. This process increases the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), the fuel that drives all cells. This boost of cellular energy results in a cascade of metabolic events leading to an increase in micro-circulation, tissue repair and a decrease in inflammation and pain.
