SLEEP

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

ALLERGIES, COLD SYMPTOMS, SNORING

4. Tone with 5.5 Beauty Water in a glass bottle with a fine spray mister.

5. Repeat morning and bedtime.

6. Tone multiple times per day to keep skin hydrated. .  

Lotion

1/2 c distilled Kangen Water® (collected with a steam boiler), seeped with 1 heaping teaspoon of a beneficial herb (such as dandelion)

1/2 c almond or olive oil

1 tbsp. organic liquid lecithin

1 tsp.essential oil (such as Vitamin E oil or aloe vera)

Blend the ingredients together in a blender until a creamy mixture forms. Add Beauty Water if you wish to make a thinner lotion

Shake well, and enjoy an eco-friendly and healthy lotion!

*Make sure to store in a cool place.

MAKE UP REMOVER: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Spray on eyes to dissolve and remove make up.

FACIAL LIFTING & TIGHTENING: 

2.5 Water: Strong Acid

Spray face and neck (not eyes) and rub skin upward until dry.Finish with Beauty Water to tone skin.

ANTI-BACTERIAL SOAP: Use in place of anti-bacterial soap.

11.9 oz cold Beauty Water

There are several things you need to know before making Beauty Water Soap. Lye is an irritating agent that can be dangerous to your eyes and throat. Handle carefully, with rubber gloves and safety glasses, and keep far away from children. 

Combination of 4 tsp fragrant oil + 1 tsp herb. Our favorite combinations are rosemary oil with thyme leaves, lemongrass oil with sage leaves, rosewood oil and bergamot herb, or lavender oil with sage leavesCarefully pour lye into cold Beauty Water, stirring slowly to avoid splashes. This lye mixture will quickly start to heat up in a powerful chemical reaction. Set aside. Now melt the oils together and let them chill to 120 degrees. Cool the lye mixture in cold Neutral Water in the sink until it chills to 120 degrees. When the oils and lye mixture are the same temperature, pour the lye mixture carefully into the oil mixture, stirring slowly. Continue stirring for 45 - 55 min, until it reaches trace (when you can see swirls). Now add the fragrant oil and herb. Pour the mixture into decorative molds, being careful not to splash or make bubbles. Cover with plastic wrap.

After 24 to 48 hours, the soap can be turned out of the mold. Allow to cure for 3 to 4 more weeks, making sure the air can circulate all around the soap (or you can turn and rotate the bars every 2 days).

TONE SKIN: 

BEAUTY WATER

Use as final rinse in shower or bath to tone and firm skin.

Shampoo

2 tbsp Liquid Castile Soap

1 cup Beauty Water

1/4 cup fresh herbs

1 tsp almond or apricot kernel oil

2 drops of essential oil

Place herbs in a clean glass jar with a lid and pour Beauty Water over herbs and let steep overnight.

Strain the liquid from the herbs.

Add the castile soap and almond or apricot oil and mix thoroughly.

Add essential oil and mix again.

Pour into recycled shampoo bottle.

HAIR CONDITIONER: 

BEAUTY WATER

1 tsp Acai Berry Oil or Sweet Almond Oil

1 egg yolk

1cup Beauty Water

Beat the egg yolk until frothy.

Add the oil and beat again.

Slowly add the yolk mixture to the Beauty Water.

Massage into the scalp and rinse well.

*This is a one-use conditioner, and is not meant to be stored.

Alternative -Spray hair after showering as this conditions your hair. Try not to use conditioner of any kind as this coats the hair. It helps detangle and reveal natural shine!

NAIL FUNGUS

2.5 Water: Strong Acid

Spray twice a day or soak.

VISION: 

8.5 Water to 9.5 Water

Can improve eye vision.

GREY HAIR:

Often can return original hair color.

PUFFY EYES:

BUG SPRAY REPELLENT, SUNBURN, PAIN, BUG BITES, SWELLING: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Spray or soak areas with towel soaked in 11.5 and keep wet by adding small amounts of 11.5 to the towel for a minimum of 30 minutes twice a day...better if one hour twice daily

Non-Toxic Hand Sanitizer 

10 drops of essential oil (peppermint or tea tree)

Strong Acidic Water

Combine ingredients in small spray bottle.

LAUNDRY SOAP: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Use 1 to 2 quarts per load in place of laundry soap. Works beautifully forgreasy smells like Fast-food Restaurant work clothes.

16 oz Sunflower Oil

5.5 oz Potassium Chloride

16 oz distilled Kangen Water (collected with a steam boiler)

40 oz Kangen Water

Essential Oil (optional)

Blend Pour the sunflower oil into a crock pot, with the heat on high. In a separate bowl, mix the potassium chloride with the distilled Kangen Water®. This mixture will become a lye. Add the lye to the crock pot. Mix together using a hand-held stick blender on low until you create a paste. Pour the regular Kangen Water® into the crock pot and combine using the stick blender.

Cook Check the crock pot every hour. If the paste is separating, mix it with the stick blender. If not, stir with a wooden spoon. The consistency will change from a paste to something resembling applesauce. If it ever looks sticky and hard like taffy, use a potato masher to break it up. Once the mixture resembles petroleum jelly, your liquid castile soap is almost done.

Now you must test the soap to see if it is done. Boil some Kangen Water® in a kettle and measure 2 oz into a clear measuring cup along with 1 oz of the soap mixture. Stir it with a spoon until the soap dissolves in the water. If it is cloudy, the soap is ready. If the mixture appears milky, the soap has not cooked long enough and needs to go back to the crock pot.

Once the consistency of the mixture is a bit cloudy, you can add a few drops of essential oil for a light scent. 6-8 drops is usually enough.

Pour warm liquid castile soap into bottles and allow to cool before using.

Dish Soap/Stain Remover

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

The extra strong absorbency power easily removes svainsfrom coffee, soy sauce and oil.

Keep a spray bottle of Strong Kangen Water® on hand for stains. It works amazingly well on oily stains and other food-based stains on clothing.

For stains on white clothing, add some lemon oil or lemon juice, spray on stained whites and line dry in the sun to remove stains.

For difficult and/or set-in stains: Fill a bucket with Strong Kangen Water® and soak whites overnight, then wash in washing machine the next day, and line dry in bright sunlight to whiten whites.

FABRIC SOFTENER:

BEAUTY WATER

 Use in rinse cycle during laundry. One gallon per load.

STAINS ON CLOTHES, RUGS, CARPETS:

Use as a degreaser for any type of cleaning. Clean oil based stains by soaking the area and letting sit for 10 to 20 minutes and then blot out of carpets and wash if laundry stain as mentioned in step 17

 CLEAN OVEN, CLOGGED SINKS & TUBS, 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Clean witha scratch pad. when dissolving grease and grime in kitchen. Use instead of other chemicals for clogged sinks and bathtubs.

Window Cleaner:

Natural pest control for Plants- insecticide Alternative

Mix 1 1/2 tsp. of Neem oil per quart of Beauty Water (1oz/gallon) plus 1/2 tsp. of mild dish soap  per quart of Beauty Water (2tsp./gal) as an emulsifier. Shake well, Neem oil may solidify at cooler temperatures. Store the oil above 65°F and below 95°F. If thickened, place bottle in hot water for a few minutes prior to mixing your solution

Application; Spray the diluted solution generously on all leaf surfaces, including the undersides. This solution can also be used to water the plants. Use once every 2 to 4 weeks.

Apply early morning or late afternoon.

Do not apply Neem oil in direct sunlight. Always spot test plants first for sensitivity to sprays.

We’ve used this recipe with great success on a wide variety of plants and infestations, the plants respond to it very well. Also makes a great leaf polish for plants like fiddle leaf ficus.

AROMA THERAPY/SPRITZER: 

8.5 Water to 9.5 Water

Put any herb like rosemary or lavender in a spray bottle filled with Kangen water, let set for a couple of hours and use as a spritzer in your house for aroma therapy and an air freshener..

Fragrance

Select a flower from your garden with a delightful aroma. Gather 1 1/2 cups of petals.

Using a steam boiler, carefully collect 2 cups of distilled Kangen Water®

Put the 2 cups of distilled Kangen Water® and the petals in a pan. Heat the water just below boiling. DON'T let the petals boil!

Simmer for 2 hours uncovered, making sure the water does not run out.

Remove from heat and let the perfume cool.

Strain through a cheesecloth.

Congratulations! The remaining liquid is your perfume. Find a recycled bottle or container.

FRUITS & VEGGIES: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Soak for a minimum of 5 minutes to clean off pesticides.

Eliminate the rawness of vegetables such as onions, carrots etc

Vegetable Preparation:

pH 8.5-9.5

Wash vegetables and fish. Enhance the flavour of broccoli, onions, etcher boiling them with Kangen Water.

ICE CUBES: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

To help off-set acidic drinks.

RICE, BEAN, LEGUMES: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Soak for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse clean with low flow 9.5.

MEATS: 

11.5 Water Strong Kangen

Soak all for 5 to 10 minutes for cleaning and tenderizing.

KILL ALL MICROBES:

2.5 Water: Strong Acid

 Pre-rinse all fruits, vegetables and meat and let sit for one minute before soaking in 11.5. This will kill all microbes. Will kill MRSA and infections.

EGGS & PASTA:

Use to boil eggs and pasta.

FREEZING FOOD:

Spray on foods before freezing in cluding fish and shrimp so that foods do not lose their flavor.

ANTHOCYANINS:

For washing and preparing fruits and vegetables containing anthocyanins: plums, grapes, cherries, strawberries, red cabbage,eggplant, soy beans, asparagus.

SOUPS:

Cook all soups with 9.5 water.

Coffee and Tea:

You can use less coffee or tea with Kangen Water, obtaining a full and rich flavour.

STIR FRY:

Stir fry with 9.5 to steam.

WEIGHT LOSS:

Drink before you snack and before meals...wait 30 minutes and eat meal or if still hungry eat snack...most folks are so dehydrated that their thirst mechanism is so weak,

2 tsp essential oil (rose geranium or palmarosa)

2 cups Beauty Water

Combine ingredients in spray bottle and shake to blend. Spray onto pet and areas where pet sleeps.

Pet shampoo-Bathe pets for more lustrous coats.

1/3 cup glycerine

1 cup kangen Dish Soap 

1 qt Kangen Water®Beauty Water or Natural Water (Depending Breed)
